This driver module is for SD320 parallel resonance power supply used, the external power supply has been as near as the driver module to anti-interference.

Single power supply 15V (recommended power over 100W) power supply

Self-designed drive, built-in brand isolated power supply, single channel 16W output power

Half-bridge inverter control design, directly drives two signal IGBTs

The driving signal and power status are indicated by LEDs, and the working conditions are clear at a glance

Primary and secondary side 3.0KV electrical isolation, safe and reliable

Multi-gate resistance mode, higher frequency drive with good heat dissipation

The power device is equipped with a heat sink, which has good heat dissipation performance and is suitable for driving medium and high power IGBTs

The driving switching frequency is up to 100KHz (the higher the driving frequency, the capacity of the driven IGBT module will be correspondingly smaller)
